Ziynet is an app that lets you keep track of wedding gifts and gold holdings. We care about your privacy. This policy explains what data we process and why.

1) Data we collect

• Records you enter: person names, (optional) phone numbers and notes, gift/gold types, quantities and values, events, goals and price alerts.
• Account information: on first launch the app creates an anonymous cloud identity. If you link an Apple or Google account, that account's email address and name are added to your account.
• Advertising identifier: your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for ads only if you give permission (Apple ATT).
• Usage and diagnostic data: to improve the app we collect anonymous usage statistics (events such as app launches, screens viewed, session length) and crash reports (Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics). This data is not matched to your identity and is not used for ad targeting.
• Support messages: if you send us a message from within the app, your message and (if you provide it) your email address, along with version and device information, are sent to us. We use these only to resolve your issue and reply to you. Your gift records are not sent.

2) Where your data is stored

Your records are stored in the Google Firebase (Firestore) cloud, tied to your account. This means your data is not lost even if you delete the app or change devices (provided you linked your account with Apple/Google). Current gold and currency rates are kept locally on your device only.

3) Why we process data

So that the app works, and so that your records are accessible across devices and are not lost.

4) Sharing

• Ads are served through Google AdMob.
• Premium subscription purchases are processed through Apple and RevenueCat.
• Usage statistics and crash reports are processed through Google Firebase (Analytics / Crashlytics).

Apart from these, we do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not share it for marketing purposes.

5) Retention and deletion

You can delete your records from within the app at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all your data from Account › Delete account in the app; you may also request this at y.berke_abanoz@hotmail.com.

6) Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

7) Security

Data is stored on authorised cloud infrastructure and each user can access only their own data.

8) Turkish data protection law (KVKK)

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698, you may enter the name and optionally the phone number and notes of other people (those who gave gifts) in the app. This information is processed solely so that you can keep your own gift ledger. When you enter other people's personal data it is your responsibility to inform them; these fields are optional. For requests under Article 11 of the KVKK, please use the email address above.

9) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; we will announce significant changes within the app.
